Ingredients
  • 250 gr. butter or margarine
  • 250 gr. Flour
  • 250 gr. sugar
  • 2 Greek yogurts or (creamy)
  • 1 sachet of backing powder
  • 4 eggs
  • Powdered sugar

Preparation
  1. We turn on the oven at 180º.
  2. We put the melted butter in a bowl with the sugar and mix it well with the rods, we add the eggs one by one, mixing them very well.
  3. We add the yogurts and mix.
  4. We sift the flour together with the yeast, if you do not have a sieve you can use a strainer and we will add it to the previous mixture little by little, stirring gently.
  5. We take a 24 cm mold. and spread it with butter all over and sprinkle a little flour, so that the cake does not stick.
  6. We pour all the dough into the mold, we put it in the oven already hot, we leave it for 30 minutes, after this time we click in the center, if the cake comes out dry it will be already and if not we leave it a little more until it is ready, do not open the oven before this time if it will not be lowered and it will not be good.
  7. When it is done we take it out of the oven and let it cool to unmold it well, we put it on a tray and cover it with icing sugar, or with what you like the most, it can be chocolate, jam ...
  8. You have to let it cool well so that it does not break, if you want to fill it you just have to cut it in half and fill it to your liking.
