Sometimes, we feel a bit bored with the same mayonnaise sauce to accompany dishes or recipes. That is why today I have opted for making a yogurt sauce homea very typical sauce in kebac.

This sauce can accompany meats, fish, hamburgers, etc. Being so simple and quick to do, it can be a great improvisational triumph when unexpected friends arrive and we run out of alternative sauces.

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves.
  • 1 natural yogurt.
  • Chopped parsley.
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
  • Juice of half a lemon.
  • 2 small spoons of sugar.

Preparation

First, we will put the natural yogurt and a tablespoon of mayonnaise. We will mix well with a rod until we get a kind of cream.

Then, we will chop the 3 cloves of garlic and we will add it to the mix. This step can be done with a mortar or a garlic peeler, the result is that you should not notice large pieces of garlic.

Then we will add all the spices, sugar and lemon, in such a way until the desired flavor is achieved. That is why, little by little, to test and rectify.
