Ingredients
  • 3 creamy yogurts can be sweetened
  • Egg whites 2
  • 250 ml. whipping cream
  • 5-6 tablespoons of sugar
  • Walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts...
  • Assorted fruits, jam...

Preparation
  1. To prepare the yogurt mousse, first we mount the cream, which must be very cold so that it mounts better, the cream must be semi-whipped. In another bowl we will put the egg whites and mount them to the point of snow, keep them in the fridge until we are going to use them.
  2. On the other hand we put the yogurts, if they are without sugar we will add the spoonfuls of sugar. We mix it well.
  3. In the yogurt bowl we will add the cream first, carefully and gently mix it. Followed we mix the egg whites and do the same, very carefully we mix them so that they do not go down.
  4. With this mixture we will fill some cups and put them in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours, or overnight.
  5. At the time of serving, we will decorate the glasses with nuts, almonds or with the fruits that you like the most.
