Ingredients
- 180 gr. of cookies
- 50 gr. of butter
- 4 natural yogurts
- 250 gr. cheese spread
- 80 gr. of butter
- 7 sheets of gelatin
- 1 splash of lemon juice (optional)
- 50 ml. milk
- Strawberries
Preparation
- To make the yogurt and strawberry cake, first we will hydrate the gelatin sheets as indicated by the manufacturer.
- We crush the cookies with a processor, melt the butter and add it with the cookies, mix well.
- We line a mold of 20-22 cm. With parchment paper, put the cookie dough at the bottom of the mold to make the base of the cake, press well to make it compact. We put the mold in the fridge.
- We prepare the yogurt cake, in a bowl we put the yogurts, the sugar, the spreadable cheese and the lemon juice to taste. We mix everything well.
- We put 50ml. of milk to heat in the microwave for a few seconds, remove and add the sheets of gelatin, one by one so that they dissolve well.
- Add the milk to the previous cream and mix very well so that the gelatin mixes with everything.
- Remove the mold from the fridge and add all the cream. Put it back in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
- Wash the strawberries, cut them in half or in slices.
- Take the cake out of the fridge and serve with the strawberries.
