That is why today I bring you some Chinese noodles with which you can take the first step, since the only novelty will be the noodles, the rest of the ingredients are already well known to us. If you like it, you can try adding something new, such as bean sprouts, for example. You will see how little by little you will get a taste for this type of cuisine!

Ingredients:

  • Noodles
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Half an onion
  • Buy

Preparation:

We add a little oil to the wok and let it heat up, then we add the crushed garlic clove and the diced onion. When it is done we add the zucchini cut into slices and sauté it over high heat for a few minutes.

Finally, add a glass of water and, when it boils, add the noodles and salt. We keep the fire until the noodles are done and that's it!
