Ingredients
  • 1 kg of chicken wings
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cebolla
  • 175 ml of white wine
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Black pepper
  • Ground white garlic

Preparation
  1. The first thing we will do is put heat the oven to maximum power, previously removing the tray that we will use to place the wings and other food.
  2. Once this is done, we will clean the chicken wings and our vegetables well. We will peel the potatoes and cut them into slices, we will also peel the onion and we will also cut it into thin slices. We will wash the peppers and tomatoes well and cut them into small slices as well. Once everything is cut we will place everything on the tray.
  3. The first thing we will miss will be olive oil so it does not stick. Then we will add everything: first the potato slices and all the vegetables. The last thing we will add will be the chicken wings, to which we will add other drops of olive oil and add the 175 ml of white wine above.
  4. The last touch will be achieved by adding a little bit of salt and black pepper, along with some ground white garlic (without passing us).
  5. We will leave the oven to about 200º C for about 40 minutes, depending on how you like them: golden brown or rare.
  6. We will remove and plate both the vegetables and the wings.
