Whole Noodle Salad

Whole wheat pasta is ideal for low calorie diets. Since they are eliminated faster and if you eat it with vegetables, discount extra calories than if you eat it with sauce and cheese.

Ingredients

100 grams of pasta of your choice cooked
6 cherry tomatoes
8 cooked cauliflower flowers
8 cooked broccoli flowers
2 green onions, chopped
Sal Island
1 drizzle of olive oil
Chopped parsley

Preparation

Sauté the green onions, broccoli, cauliflower, red pepper, cherry tomatoes cut in half in a large skillet with a splash of very hot olive oil, when everything is tender, remove from the heat and let it cool to room temperature .

Put the noodles in a bowl and mix them with the sautéed vegetables, season well and mix again lastly, put the chopped parsley on the salad and serve
