White Paella

When we name paella, the first thing that comes to mind is that delicious typical Valencian delicacy of yellow color and whose base is rice. But today we are going to prepare a rich recipe for paella without color. You will see how sometimes the details that enter through the eyes condition us a bit.

Our preparation of today it is a delicious white paella. As always we buy some things and we organize the time to prepare it. We must always take into account the ingredients we find at home, to be able to take advantage of them.

We have the ingredients, as they are always common. Now we just need to get started with the preparation.

    First of all thanks for reading us. On the other hand, not everyone knows how to make paella and this is one more way to make it, which as you say is without coloring or Paellero or saffron. A way of preparing it that sometimes does not enter through the eyes, but that offers the same flavor as the others, because the coloring or other preparations only change the appearance and not the flavor.
