White Chocolate Pistachio Brownie
This weekend I had a family visit for snack time, and it occurred to me to do a different brownie. Instead of the typical chocolate walnut brownies, I wanted to make one with white chocolate, and what dried fruit suits this chocolate best, pistachios.
The truth was that it was a success, all my relatives loved it so it has become one of my favorite desserts as of now. This brownie recipe is very simple to make, the only thing you will have to be patient in peeling the pistachios.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs.
- 150 g of sugar.
- 130 g of flour.
- 150 g of peeled pistachios.
- 200 g of white chocolate.
- 80 g of butter.
Preparation
First, we will put melt the white chocolate together with the butter in a water bath over low heat. We will stir from time to time to facilitate its melting. We will let it temper a little when it is completely melted.
On the other hand, in a bowl, we will assemble the 3 eggs with the sugar until they double in volume. We will add the melted chocolate and stir a little so that it mixes and integrates everything well.
Then we will incorporate the flour sifted at once, stirring so that it is distributed. We will get a fairly thick dough that we must stir well so that no lumps are made.
Finally, we will add the pistachios a little chopped and we will stir again to distribute them in the dough. We will pour it all over a silicone mold that we will have greased with a little butter beforehand. We will bake at 175 ºC for about 30 minutes. Let it temper and unmold.
