If you have very little time to prepare a simple garnish and you have a white or red cabbage, cook it in a few minutes in the microwave and you will have this delicious dish solved.
Ingredients:
1 kilo of white cabbage
1 cup water
Salt and ground pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Cut the cabbage into fine julienne strips and place it in a large microwave-safe container. Then add the water and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the cabbage on power level 10 for 10 minutes and let the preparation rest. If you want to prepare red cabbage, also add a pinch of sugar and 5 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
