White bean and almond oil spread

White bean and almond oil spread

Spreads are a great ally as a starter both in an impromptu dinner with friends and in a more formal celebration. They are also very easy to make generally. This is the case with this white bean and almond oil spread that I propose today.

Almost all of us have tried by now the classic hummus, prepared from chickpeas. And if we can use this legume to create a starter like this, why not another one like the bean? The result is a very smooth and creamy spreadable, Check it out!

I have served it with a almonds oil, but you can play with it by substituting the almond for another nut and/or adding a spicy touch with some chillies if you like. In addition, you can accompany the hummus with some toasted bread or tortillas so that everyone has a way to eat it. Will you dare to try it?
