Ingredients:
1 and ½ cups of ground wheat
1 red pepper
4 ripe tomatoes
4 cucumbers
1 green pepper
1 tablespoon of cumin
2 tablespoons of fresh mint
1 teaspoon of parsley
The juice of 6 lemons
Salt and olive oil
Preparation:
Wash and peel the tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. Chop into very small pieces.
Put the ground wheat in a bowl. Add the vegetables, 6 tablespoons of oil, the juice, the finely chopped mint, the cumin and the chopped parsley. Mix and let it rest in the refrigerator. Before serving season to taste.
