Watermelon jelly with chopped fruit

Fruit tart with watermelon jelly

La gelatin It is one of the star desserts among children, we can find them in many flavors, so there is always one that they like and they also find it very fun. Its great advantage is that they accept it both in winter and in summer, but when the heat is with us, we always want a fresh jelly. What do you think if we use it to make children eat more fruit? Too easy!.

Difficulty level: Very easy

Preparation time: 10 minutes (+ setting time)

Ingredients:

  • Fruits to taste
  • A handful of agar agar seaweed
  • Sugar
  • 2 slices of watermelon

Preparation:

We peel and dice the fruits. In my case I have put: a banana, an apple, a pear and 2 kiwis.
In a saucepan add a glass of water and boil a handful of agar agar seaweed for 5 minutes, stir until they dissolve well. We remove the seeds from the watermelon and we pass it through the blender along with a little sugar to taste. Then we add the water with the agar agar. We add this mixture to the fruit and let it rest in the fridge for several hours until we see that it has set.

Note: If we do not have agar agar we can use a gelatin envelope of the flavor that we like the most.

Mrs. Dunia, what country do you live in? I was married to an Iranian, I just wanted to ask him if he knows how to make Arabic bread?
