Watermelon and banana smoothie, a very good and nutritious refreshing smoothie, ideal for breakfast or summer snacks. There is nothing better than a delicious fresh homemade fruit smoothie. They have a delicious flavor and provide us with vitamins and a lot of energy.
As well these shakes are ideal to take advantage of ripe fruits or that they no longer want. The shakes can be made in various combinations and go trying flavors. This one with watermelon and banana is very good since the watermelon gives us the sweetness and the water and the dish makes it creamy, I also added apple.
A light recipe, full of vitamins, quick and easy to prepare.
- 500 gr. watermelon
- 1-2 bananas
- Manzana 1
- 1 glass of skim milk or water
- A few ice cubes (optional)
- We will start by removing the skin and seeds from the watermelon, we chop it and we put it in a robot or in a blender.
- We peel the bananas, cut into pieces and add them.
- Peel the apple, cut into pieces and add to the above, you can leave the apple skin.
- Add the milk or a little water and grind everything, until we get a cream without lumps. If the cream is too thick, add more milk or water, and if it is the opposite, add more fruit, whichever you like the most.
- We will add some crushed ice cubes to the shake so that it is very cool. We will keep it in the fridge until serving time.
- We will serve it in a glass with some more ice cubes so that it stays very cold and fruits cut into pieces.
- And it will be ready to serve !!!
