Ingredients
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 broccoli
  • 300 g. frozen prawns (thawed)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 cayenne chillies
  • A splash of soy sauce

Preparation
  1. Peel the potatoes and we cut them into cubes. We cook them in plenty of salted water for 12-15 minutes. Once tender, we take them out, drain and reserve.
