Today we bring you a rich warm salad of Anguriñas, mango and prawns. A fairly simple dish to prepare, fresh and surely will enchant your diners.

angurines

For its preparation we have used the Anguriñas Pescanova and the Prawn Gambón Pescanova. Some quality products and very versatile that stand out for their great flavor. Especially the Anguriñas, which have a high quality texture and are delicious in a wide variety of dishes.

Cooking is simpler with this type of product, so that we can all show off the new Pescanova campaign "At Christmas we are all chefs." A campaign in which from now until January 10, 2016, for the purchase of a Pescanova product associated with this promotion, you can get a gift a dinner in a fancy restaurant. Or if you upload a recipe with Anguriñas and / or Pescanova Prawns as an ingredient, you will participate in the draw for a kitchen robot brand "Thermomix".
