Warm mushroom and prawn salad
Do you remember the delicious scrambled eggs with mushrooms and prawns that we prepared last week? Today we will use the same ingredients to create a warm salad, very suitable for this time of year. An easy salad that will not take you more than 15 minutes to prepare and that you will have to serve immediately.
The only "but" about warm salads of this type is probably that they cannot be prepared in advance. The mushrooms and prawns newly Sautéed are the grace of this salad that is based on a set of tender sprouts (I always like to have one of these bags in the fridge). Another recipe to not complicate our day to day.
Ingredients
For two people
- 1/2 bag of sprout salad
- 18 peeled prawns
- 100 gr. of mushrooms
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt Maldon
- Parsley
- Pepper
- Garlic
Crafting
We clean the mushroomsWe cut them either in quarters or slices and sauté them in a pan with a little oil until they are tender. Add the chopped garlic and parsley at the end of the sauté.
We sauté the prawns peeled in another pan with a drizzle of oil.
We prepare a bed of lettuce in a bowl and season it with salt, oil and vinegar. On top, we place the mushrooms and the mixed prawns.
We add a little salt maldom and a little pepper.
We serve immediately.
