Preparation

Firstly, we will cook the green beans in plenty of water along with a pinch of salt. Green beans can be both frozen and fresh, if they are frozen, you must remove them from the freezer for a while before cooking them. Then, we will drain them and put them in a bowl or tuper.

At the same time that the beans are cooking, we will put cook the eggs for 5 minutes with water and a pinch of vinegar, to later be able to remove the peel better. We will cool them a little, peel and julienne them.
