At home we like to start each meal with a good salad that combines vegetables and fruits. In them we take the opportunity to incorporate those ingredients that we have left over from other dishes or that are about to go bad. This is how this warm broccoli salad, pepper and apple.
To prepare it you will only need an iron and 15 minutes of your time. It is a quick and healthy recipe of those that we like so much on these pages. You can do it following our steps or improvise to take advantage of what you have at home.
- ½ steamed broccoli
- ½ red bell pepper, julienned
- ½ green bell pepper, julienned
- ½ red onion, julienned
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- Manzana 1
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Ground black pepper
- We put a teaspoon of oil on the iron and spread it with a brush.
- We heat the grill and when it is hot we add the onion and peppers. Cook 10 minutes over high heat, stirring frequently so they do not burn.
- Once they take color, add the broccoli and garlic and cook another 5 minutes over medium-high heat.
- Meanwhile, we cut the apple in thin sheets.
- We serve the vegetables and the apple in a bowl and sprinkle with pepper freshly ground black.
