Ingredients
  • 2 Wagyu burgers
  • 2 Black Angus burgers
  • ½ white cabbage
  • Carrots 2
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise sauce
  • 6 tablespoons creme fraiche / cream
  • 2 dessert tablespoons mustard
  • 1 dash of vinegar

Preparation
  1. To start, it is important to know that we can defrost the hamburgers 12 hours before in the fridge, or make them directly frozen.
  2. Preparation of the salad: we cut the cabbage into julienne strips and place it in a bowl.
  3. We do the same with carrots and apple.
  4. We stir the vegetables well so that they are mixed evenly.
  5. For the sauce, we mix the creme fraiche, the mayonnaise, the mustard and the vinegar on a plate and beat until a homogeneous mixture is left.
  6. Add the sauce to the vegetables and stir well so that the sauce is distributed among the vegetable strips. We let it rest in the fridge for 4 hours so that it takes the flavors well before eating it. If after resting the cabbage has released some liquid, we throw it away.
  7. We put a drizzle of oil in a pan. We fry the hamburger over high heat for 1 minute on each side. Once it has browned, we put it on a low heat and leave it for another 3 minutes on each side.
  8. We place the hamburger on a plate accompanied by a little coleslaw. Let's enjoy it!

Notes
You can add julienned chives to coleslaw.
