Mushroom volvovan with quail egg
Today I bring you a very easy recipe that can be used for the New Year's Eve menu, it is a mushroom volovan with quail egg. It is a mushroom recipe that is very rich and it is also very easy to make.
This canapé is also very tasty if we add a little candied onion between the egg and the mushroom filling. We can accompany you with a goat cheese and walnut salad to complete the first course and secondly, make a little grilled pork tenderloin or Iberian prey.
Ingredients (6 volcanoes)
- 350 gr. mushroom
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml. cream for cooking
- 6 quail eggs
- olive oil
Crafting
In a frying pan we put the garlic well chopped with a splash of olive oil and brown it. When it has browned, add the clean mushrooms and chopped into fairly small pieces. We leave it over medium heat for 15 minutes. We add the cream, mix it and leave it on the fire for another couple of minutes. We already have the filling the volcanoes prepared.
When we go to eat it, we fill the volcanoes with the filling.
In a frying pan we put a jet of olive oil and we spread it. We put the quail eggs with care that the yolks do not break. I advise you to help them with a knife to open them. We leave them for a couple of minutes over medium heat and when we see that they have already been done we remove them on a plate.
We put a quail egg on top of each volvovan that we have filled before and we have it ready to eat.
Note
We can also make the filling in advance and keep it in the refrigerator. At the last moment we fill them and heat them in the microwave or oven.
