Orange and apple salad, very refreshing
The salads they become an essential part of my diet at this time of year. The fruit ones are especially refreshing to me, that's why I haven't missed the opportunity to try this orange and apple, very light!
We will place the fruits on a bed of lettuce and to give it a special final touch, we will add some pischachos and a menthol vinaigrette. I really like the aroma of mint with this type of salad and this year I have a lot in the garden. If you are tired of always making the same salad, try this fruit salad or the exquisite salmon and cheese salad.
Ingredients
For two
- Lettuce mix
- 1 orange
- Manzana 1
- 1 handful of pistachios
- Extra virgin oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Sal Island
- 6 mint leaves
Crafting
We wash the lettuce, and we place it at the bottom of our fountain.
Next, we wash the apple and the we cut into sheets. We place these on the lettuce.
Then we add the Orange segments well clean; We must remove the white part well so that it does not become bitter.
We drop some pistachios on top and prepare our vinaigrette by combining extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and some mint leaves.
We water the salad with the vinaigrette and serve.
Notes
I have used oak lettuce to create a color contrast between the green and the reddish.
I have not peeled the apple, but if you are used to doing it, go ahead. You can use red apples like me or bet on the most acidic ones; both will look great.
