Crudités with blue cheese sauce
Crudités can be our easy ally at a family or friends lunch or dinner. And we just have to have simple vegetables at home and cheese. In addition, the way of presenting it can give a lot of play. Since we can do it in individual format, as we did, it looks super good.
It's amazing how simply uncooked vegetables and a sauce can be so successful. For this crudité we propose you this blue cheese sauce, but of course if you don't just blue cheese we can make it from another softer cheese along with avocado, that is very tasty!

Ingredients
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 stalk of celery
- ½ red pepper
- ½ cucumber
- For the cheese sauce:
- 115gr of spreadable white cheese type Philadelphia
- 80 gr of blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- the juice of ½ lemon
- salt pepper
Preparation
- Let's start by preparing the vegetables, to do this peel the carrots and cucumber. Remove the maximum surface fibers from celery with the help of a knife.
- On a kitchen board, cut all the vegetables into more or less small sticks, so that they are the same size. Vegetable ready!
- For the cheese sauce we just have to mix all the ingredients of the sauce in a bowl, we want a sauce without lumps and fluid. So if we have a food processor better than better. We have used a mixer.
