Today we present you a delicious meal and also perfect for those of you who are more Vegetarians what carnivores. It is a vegetarian pizza, or rather, almost vegetarian. Most of the ingredients are vegetables but there are a couple of them that are not. If you are a 101% vegetarian you will only have to skip those two ingredients, because it will still be just as good.

Ingredients
- 1 extra thin pizza base
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- ½ onion
- Green pepper and red pepper
- ½ zucchini
- ½ eggplant
- 2 sausages
- Grated cheese to melt
- Sliced cheese
- Oregano
Preparation
- We take the Pizza base and we put it directly on the oven plate.
- We are adding the ingredients one by one. You can apply them in the order whatever you want, it's totally random, but I did it exactly like this: The first thing was the fried tomato, which I spread with the help of a spoon, then I added some grated cheese, the onion cut into small cubes, the peppers, both green and red, the half zucchini and half aubergine.
- Then I added grated cheese again and added the foil sausages, the sliced cheese cut into several pieces and finally the oregano.
- 15 minutes of oven, on both sides at 200º C and ready! Healthy, rich and complete pizza.
