Ingredients
  • 1 extra thin pizza base
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • ½ onion
  • Green pepper and red pepper
  • ½ zucchini
  • ½ eggplant
  • 2 sausages
  • Grated cheese to melt
  • Sliced ​​cheese
  • Oregano

Preparation
  1. We take the Pizza base and we put it directly on the oven plate.
  2. We are adding the ingredients one by one. You can apply them in the order whatever you want, it's totally random, but I did it exactly like this: The first thing was the fried tomato, which I spread with the help of a spoon, then I added some grated cheese, the onion cut into small cubes, the peppers, both green and red, the half zucchini and half aubergine.
  3. Then I added grated cheese again and added the foil sausages, the sliced ​​cheese cut into several pieces and finally the oregano.
  4. 15 minutes of oven, on both sides at 200º C and ready! Healthy, rich and complete pizza.
