I present you a quick and easy vegetarian pionono recipe which is ideal for a starter or to accompany a rich salad:
Ingredients
- 1 pionon
- Mayonnaise required amount
- 2 large carrots grated
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 bundle of spinach, finely chopped
Preparation
Stretch the pionono very carefully, spread it with the mayonnaise, on top and put a good mattress of carrot, then the spinach and finally, the egg. Roll it up carefully and cover with mayonnaise again, placing it in the refrigerator for two hours.
