Today I bring you this simple recipe for vegetable bow ties with minced turkey and cream. An easy recipe, with a light flavor and that you will have ready in a few minutes. Pasta is a food that everyone likes, especially the little ones in the house. But it is important to take into account the pasta we choose and the way of cooking, so that we avoid adding calories to an already caloric dish.
The meat that I have chosen in this case is minced turkey, much lighter than pork or beef. However, if you prefer you can use minced meat of any kind. You can also reduce fat if instead of using cream, you use evaporated milk which is lighter. Whatever your choice, success is assured with this simple dish. Let's do it!
- 1 package of 500 gr of vegetable bow ties
- 400 gr of minced turkey meat
- 1 cup of liquid cream for cooking
- 2 cloves of garlic
- pepper
- parsley
- shawl
- virgin olive oil
- In a large saucepan we put water on the fire, add a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Once the water starts to boil, add the pasta and cook for about 10 or 12 minutes, or following the manufacturer's recommendations.
- When the pasta is ready, drain and cool to cut cooking, reserve while the water drains well.
- Now we are going to prepare the meat, first we mince the 2 garlic cloves very finely and fry with a drizzle of virgin olive oil.
- Add the minced meat and fry with the garlic, stir from time to time.
- Season the meat and add a little parsley.
- When the meat is ready, add the liquid cream and lower the heat, let it reduce for a few minutes.
- Add the pasta to the pan and stir well to mix with the sauce.
- To finish, add grated cheese to taste and heat for a few minutes over medium heat.
