Beef with vegetables and lamb's lettuce

Today we prepare a simple dish of veal with vegetables. An appropriate dish for the whole family that will not take up too much time and that will not require us or special skills in the kitchen. A very complete unique dish for when we lack time and desire to cook.

There are few ingredients that we need to prepare this recipe: quality minced beef, vegetables of our taste and some green shoots. I have used lamb's lettuce, but you can substitute lettuce, arugula or even spinach, why not! 15 minutes and you will have it ready to serve.

Ingredients
  • 3 handfuls of lamb's lettuce
  • 300 g. minced meat
  • 1 red onion, minced
  • ½ red bell pepper, chopped
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper
  • A sprig of rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon tomato paste
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. We place covering the background of 3 dishes the lamb's lettuce and season with a pinch of extra virgin olive oil and salt.
  2. We put 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and heat it. Sauté the onion and the pepper until the first one changes color.

  4. We remove from the heat and distribute the meat on the plates. We serve immediately.
