Vanilla mug cake and strawberry sauce

Vanilla strawberry mug cake

The mug cake is an excellent and simple way to have a quick sweet and delicious. It can be prepared with a wide variety of ingredients and in all cases, the result is a spectacular bite. Mug cake literally means "cup cake" and for some years now, it has become fashionable in different countries. The idea is to prepare a cake directly in the container and the ingredients, generally basic, are measured by tablespoons.

This time I bring you a vanilla mug cake and strawberry sauce, a very juicy cake that will surprise you. It is prepared without eggs, something that may be curious to you because it is a basic ingredient for this type of cake. The point is that the egg when cooked in the microwave, leaves the cake with a too "rubbery" texture. When you remove the egg, it is much juicier and at the same time, delicious. Once you try it, you will not be able to stop preparing it. Without further ado we get down to the kitchen!
