Two flavors cake, great snack
For the afternoon snack, I have prepared a very tasty and quick to make sponge cake. This is the typical yogurt cake, but this time in two flavors. This recipe is also called Marbled cake, this effect is very easy to perform.
Homemade cakes are a good food for a breakfast or snack, since we all lose the sweet, because it is natural and does not have so many colorants or preservatives. In addition, these always come out spongy, not like the industrial ones.
Ingredients
- 1 flavored yogurt.
- The same measure of sunflower or olive oil yogurt.
- 2 measures of sugar yogurt.
- 3 measures of plain yogurt.
- 3 eggs.
- 1 envelope of Royal yeast.
- Cocoa powder.
Preparation
First, we prepare the base cream of the cake mixing the 3 eggs together with the yogurt and its measures of oil, sugar and flour, in addition to the yeast. We beat very well with the rods until we get a homogeneous dough.
Afterwards, we distribute this base cream in four servings. I have used 4 glasses, but you can calculate it by eye, it does not have to be so exact either.
Then we take one of the parts of the dough and we add a couple of tablespoons of cocoa powder. We stir well with the rod until we see that the cocoa is integrated into the cream.
Finally, we grease a mould with butter and flour and pour the 3 parts of the base cream. Later, we pour the cocoa cream and with a spoon we stir until we get a kind of drawing. We will put it in the oven at 180 ºC already preheated for 25-30 minutes.
