- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 4 dientes de ajo chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- We preheat the oven to 200º
- Mix the minced meat, with the onion, garlic, eggs, paprika, cumin and parsley. Season to taste.
- We mix.
- Once everything is well integrated, we are taking walnut-sized portions and making balls that we will place on baking paper on the oven tray.
- We put the meatballs in the oven and leave them for about 15 min. or until we see that they are a tad golden.
- We remove the tray from the oven and add a lime, honey and olive oil dressing
- We return to the oven for 20 minutes.
- We take out and serve with yogurt sauce.
- We place them on a source that we will then take to the oven, cover with the sauce that will be ready, and we return everything to the oven at 175º for about 40 min.
