Turkish lamb meatballs
Today we show you that in matters of Turkish food there is life beyond Kebab. Today we teach you how to prepare delicious Turkish beef dumplings (Lamb Kofte for connoisseurs). Be alert because it is a baked recipe!

Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of minced lamb meat
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 4 dientes de ajo chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
  1. We preheat the oven to 200º
  2. Mix the minced meat, with the onion, garlic, eggs, paprika, cumin and parsley. Season to taste.
  3. We mix.
  4. Once everything is well integrated, we are taking walnut-sized portions and making balls that we will place on baking paper on the oven tray.
  5. We put the meatballs in the oven and leave them for about 15 min. or until we see that they are a tad golden.
  6. We remove the tray from the oven and add a lime, honey and olive oil dressing
  7. We return to the oven for 20 minutes.
  8. We take out and serve with yogurt sauce.
  9. We place them on a source that we will then take to the oven, cover with the sauce that will be ready, and we return everything to the oven at 175º for about 40 min.
