Turkey fillets with fine herbs

Turkey fillets with fine herbs

Well, I keep going with my "operation bikini"! And don't let your spirits fade ... If the other day I brought you a recipe for one mixed salad ideal for dieting, today I bring you a dish that is also healthy and low in fat, but this time with more protein than fiber: turkey fillets with herbs.

We all know that one of the main problems when it comes to not following or continuing with a diet is that we end up bored of always eating the same thing. This is where you count a lot imagination in the kitchen. It is not the same to eat simple chicken breasts or as it is in this case today, some turkey fillets, simply roasted, than to make them roasted but previously seasoned with some fine herbs that will not only give it a better appearance but also help it to taste better. So in the kitchen bet on variety and in the specific case of diets, by the help of the spices.

Turkey fillets with fine herbs
Roasted turkey fillets have a more intense flavor than chicken fillets, but for my taste they are a bit more exquisite. If you are on a diet and you are already bored of the chicken flavor, it is time to go swapping with these turkey. You will not regret!

Ingredients
  • 2 turkey fillets
  • Sal Island
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Black pepper

Preparation
  1. This recipe is very simple and the trick to make it come out with a spicy flavor is to add a mixture of spices to each fillet a few hours before passing them through the grill.
  2. Rinse well each fillet that you are going to eat (I have put 2 because it is my usual portion but if they are small you can add one more); and then add a little thyme, rosemary and oregano. Let the meat take in the flavor of these spices for about two to three hours beforehand.
  3. The last thing will be to add a touch of shawl (not much) and a little ground black pepper minutes before passing them through the grill or frying pan (whatever you have). Leave the fire as long as necessary (they are somewhat thicker than chicken fillets). Set aside when they are to your liking.

Notes
Accompany this rich meat with a light salad.
