Turkey skewers

Homemade turkey skewers. They can be prepared from pork, chicken or turkey as I have prepared today. Turkey meat is very soft and low in fat, So if we dress them they are very good and much juicier.

The marinade can be prepared with the spices that we like, although now they already sell jars with preparation for skewers, but if we prepare it we can make it to our liking, even give it a spicy touch that goes very well.

Ideal for an informal dinner, or as a tapa accompanied by a piece of toasted bread. Delicious !!!

Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of turkey breasts
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Curry
  • Hot paprika
  • Cumin
  • Pepper
  • 100 ml. white wine
  • Oil and salt

Preparation
  1. We clean the turkey breasts and cut them into pieces
  2. In a bowl we put the pieces of turkey with all the spices, the minced garlic, the wine and a good drizzle of oil, stir everything well, cover it and leave it to marinate for a few hours in the fridge so that they take on the flavors. We will stir from time to time. We can also prepare it overnight.
  3. To prepare the skewers they are very good on skewers. If we have some metal brushes or long toothpicks we will insert the pieces of turkey, you can insert vegetables, like this until they are all ready.
  4. We put a grill on the fire with a little oil, when it is hot we will put the skewers, we cook them on both sides, you can add juice from the maceration on the skewers.
  5. When they are all ready we serve them accompanied by a good salad.
  6. A dish that serves as an informal dinner or an aperitif.
  7. Ready to eat!!!
