So today we are going to make some russian turkey steaks. We are going to buy what is necessary and we organize the time to be able to make the recipe without problems.

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 500g ground turkey meat (5 percent fat)
- dried garlic (spices)
- shawl
- 1 egg
- parsley
- oil
As you can see, the ingredients have nothing to write home about, perhaps something that may cost you to find is minced meat, but that's not a problem, we change the type of meat and that's it.
In a bowl we put the meat with the egg, salt, garlic and parsley. We mix everything until we achieve a good mixture, which we can work without being too sticky or too dry.
When we have the dough, we put a pan with a few drops of oil and let it heat up.
We take more or less regular portions of dough and we shape them. We flatten them a little to make them better and let them cook in the pan.
If they have the point we are looking for, they are ready to withdraw.
As you will have seen I have limited the use of oil and the meat is also low in fat, so we will always get a slightly lighter menu and we will change the flavor of our diet.
