Preparation
- We clean the meat of fat, cut it into cubes and season it.
- We prepare a casserole with a little oil and when the oil is hot, add the meat, sauté it over high heat and brown it.

- We stir everything again, on one side we put the spoon of flour we stir it with the meat, so the sauce will thicken a little
- Add the glass of white wine, leave it for a couple of minutes for the alcohol to evaporate.
- Then we will put the water, let it cook for 20 minutes, or until the meat is tender.
