- 4 turkey hams
- 1 medium onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 ripe tomatoes

- First, we are going to wash the turkey hams very well, dry with absorbent paper and reserve.
- Now, we have to chop the onion and garlic very finely.
- Peel the tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
