Ingredients
  • 1 turkey thigh.
  • ½ cup.
  • 2 tablespoons of flour.
  • Chicken or turkey broth.
  • Pinch of salt.
  • Parsley.
  • I beaten egg.
  • Bread crumbs.
  • Olive oil.

Preparation
  1. We will shred the meat of the turkey thigh.
  2. We will chop the onion and the turkey meat.
  3. We will put a frying pan with a little olive oil and we will fry the onion.
  4. We will add the turkey meat and mix well.
  5. We will incorporate the flour and we will toast to remove the raw flavor.
  6. Little by little we add the broth until we get a thick dough that peels off the walls out of the pan.
  7. We let the dough rest covered with plastic wrap.
  8. We will make small elongated balls with the dough.
  9. We will go through beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
  10. We will fry.
