Ingredients
- 1 turkey thigh.
- ½ cup.
- 2 tablespoons of flour.
- Chicken or turkey broth.
- Pinch of salt.
- Parsley.
- I beaten egg.
- Bread crumbs.
- Olive oil.
Preparation
- We will shred the meat of the turkey thigh.
- We will chop the onion and the turkey meat.
- We will put a frying pan with a little olive oil and we will fry the onion.
- We will add the turkey meat and mix well.
- We will incorporate the flour and we will toast to remove the raw flavor.
- Little by little we add the broth until we get a thick dough that peels off the walls out of the pan.
- We let the dough rest covered with plastic wrap.
- We will make small elongated balls with the dough.
- We will go through beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
- We will fry.
Notes
It is a recipe that we can freeze Once the croquettes are made and they are battered, so we can enjoy them at another time.
