Cheese and turkey crepe

Today we are going to prepare some cheese and turkey crepes. We know more about sweet crepes than salty ones, both versions are very good. Today I propose you some savory crepes with a very simple filling but that everyone usually likes, since cheese spread and turkey ham are mild flavors.

We can prepare them with an infinity of fillings and contrasts, it admits everything we like. We can accompany them with a salad so we can make a complete dish.

  • To make the crepe dough:
  • 1 egg
  • 200 ml. milk
  • 100 gr. Of flour
  • Salt pepper
  • Butter
  • For the filling:
  • A tub of spreadable cheese
  • Turkey ham taquitos
  • Side salad
  1. We start preparing the dough, in a bowl we put the egg, the flour, the milk, we mix everything well without leaving lumps, we put a little salt, pepper. We will leave it resting in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  2. We prepare the filling, in a bowl we put the spread cheese, or the one you like the most, we beat it a little, cut the turkey ham into cubes and mix it with the cheese, taste and season with a little salt and pepper.
  3. To make the crepes we will use a non-stick pan, put it on the fire and pass a little butter on the base, add a little dough in the center and move it spreading it through the pan, when we see that it is done around the edges, we turn it over. and we finished doing so all.
  4. We will take the pancakes and we will put a little of the cheese mixture in the center that we have prepared, we will fold as if it were a handkerchief and we will put them in a source
  5. for oven.
  6. When they are all we put them in the oven until they are hot and the filling is well melted.
  7. And they will be ready to eat !!!
