Ingredients
  • Mushrooms 12-15 units
  • 1 cebolla
  • 2 small tuna cans
  • 100 gr. grated cheese

Preparation
  1. To prepare the tuna stuffed mushrooms, we will first start by cleaning the mushrooms.
  2. We clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth or a brush to remove the dirt, remove the trunks, clean them and reserve them.
  3. We put a griddle or a frying pan and brown the mushrooms.
  4. Chop the onion and the mushroom trunks. In a frying pan we put a jet of oil and brown it all together.
  5. When it is well poached add the tuna. We stir and mix everything. We turn off.
  6. We take the mushrooms once sautéed and put them on a tray suitable for the oven. With the help of a spoon we are adding filling to all the mushrooms.
  7. On top of each mushroom we put a little grated cheese. Cook for 5 minutes in the oven.
