Tuna stuffed dumplings

Today I propose some dumplings stuffed with tuna, we are going to prepare them in the oven, they are much lighter and very good since they are baked with less fat.

Tuna stuffed empanadillas is the filling that does not fail Since everyone likes it and homemade it is worth it, they are very good. We can make many versions of dumplings, since it admits many fillings, it can also be a use recipe and fill them with some leftover food.. In all the ways they are very good, we just have to prepare them with good ingredients and make a good combination and surely the little ones will love them.

Ingredients
  • 1 package of dough for dumplings
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 small cans of tuna in oil
  • 1 can of fried tomato 200 gr.
  • 1 egg to paint the dumplings

Preparation
  1. The first thing will be to cook the eggs. When they are cold we peel and chop them, we put them in a bowl.
  2. We open the tuna cans, drain the oil a little and mix it with the eggs. To this mixture we put fried tomato, the amount will be to our liking, depending on how we like it with more or less tomato. We will prove it.
  3. We turn on the oven at 180ºC
  4. In a baking tray we put a sheet of paper, in it we are putting the wafers of empanadillas, we are putting on it a little filling, we fold them and with a fork we are sealing them.
  5. We beat the egg and with a kitchen brush we paint the entire surface of the dumplings.
  6. We put them in the oven and we will leave them until they are golden brown.
  7. We take them out, let them temper.
  8. And ready to eat !!!
  9. They are a good accompaniment to a meal or as an aperitif they are ideal.
