Tuna Sausage

Tuna is essential in the diet of the whole house since it is high in protein and low in fat and calories. In addition, a good portion of tuna provides calcium, niacin, vitamins A, B and D, and Omega 3.

Ingredients
360grams of tuna
1 egg
30 grams of Parmesan cheese
60 grams of bread crumbs soaked in milk
4 tablespoons of oil

Preparation

I drained the tuna and put it in a bowl and amalgamate it with the egg and the breadcrumbs, season it all with the oil and salt. Pass the dough twice through the sieve to be homogeneous.

With your hands shape it into a sausage, wrap it in a napkin and cook it for 25 minutes in boiling water, let it cool and cut it into slices.
