Tuna salad with mustard

This salad is a rich and very modern proposal, especially for you who want to innovate dishes but do not take time, take care of your silhouette and make it very rich, so here I leave you a solution.

Ingredients

6 tablespoons of mustard
1 can of shredded natural tuna
3 large tomatoes
10 green olives
1 bundle of spinach
Oil and salt

Preparation

Wash the tomatoes and spinach very well and dry it, arrange the spinach at the base of the source, cut the tomatoes into slices and stack them in the center, on the sides. Put the olives, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and reserve.

Mix the previously drained can of tuna with the mustard and put on the sides of the salad in small mounds, revealing the tomato slices. Rosea with the oil and served.
