To start a week with joy and good humor, I have prepared this light recipe to start eating healthier, now that Summer is starting. The beaches, the bikinis, and the warmth await us for the holidays, so we have to get in shape.

All the light and light dinners, like this tuna salad sandwich, are very beneficial for health, since they make us sleep better and fall asleep faster, which is what we need on these hot nights. Also, having a strong fruit-based snack or a good healthy snack, dinner should be light to offset the calories.

Preparation

To make this delicious recipe sandwich of tuna salad, first of all, we will have to put cook the chicken breast. To do this, in a casserole, we will put the breast covered with water together with a small pill of avecrem, and we will bring it to a low heat for at least 20 minutes.

Then we will cut the thin julienne lettuce, we will wash it well under the tap of water and we will dry it with absorbent paper. You can also do this with the typical centrifuges to drain, but I didn't have it, so I used the usual kitchen paper.

Once the chicken breast is cooked, we will cut it into strips and we will skip with a bit of oil. When it is about to finish we add the salt and thyme and just a little white wine to cook. We will leave it for about 5 minutes and we will take them out and reserve them.

Next, we will gather all the ingredients in a bowl, to which we will add 2 cans of tuna and a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise. We will stir well and leave to assemble the sandwiches.

Finally, we will do some grilled eggs and we will assemble the sandwiches. We will first place a slice of sliced ​​bread, on top of the ironed egg, then the sliced ​​cheese and then the tuna salad with mayonnaise. Finally, we will place another slice of sliced ​​bread and toast it in a sandwich maker.
