Preparation:

We will put on the fire a pot with water, the lemon juice, the salt, as well as the cloves and the bay leaf. Just when it starts to boil, we will have to add the tuna loin. We are going to leave it for about 12 minutes. Once this time has passed, we remove it from the heat and we pass it through cold water.

We will place them in a large container. On them, we will add the garlic and parsley mixture, to add more layers of tuna on top. Finally, we will add oil to cover it. In the same way as in the previous recipe, we have to let it rest in the fridge. To do this, nothing like always doing it the day before. Of course, it will be served cold.

  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil

Preparation:

First we have to mince the garlic cloves very finely. We will mix them with the parsley, also well chopped. Add a little olive oil and reserve. We heat the griddle where we are going to make our tuna steaks.

We add a little oil and we place the fillets. We add a little salt on them and leave them for about 4 minutes on each side, approximately. We will place them on a tray and add a couple of tablespoons of the dressing that we had made with the garlic, parsley and oil.
