Ingredients
- 100 grams of olives stuffed with anchovies
- 2 eggs cooked and finely chopped
- 1 can of corn kernels
- 3 cans of tuna in oil
- 5 crab sticks
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
Chop the crab sticks and tuna and save the oil from the can. Put everything in a bowl along with the olives, the corn and the egg.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, salt, pepper and oil from the tuna cans. Drizzle over the salad, toss and serve.
The salads are very good, ideal for the summer accompanied by a beer or a white wine.
