The recipe
- ½ cauliflower, in florets
- 6 handfuls of pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 Italian green peppers, sliced
- 6 chorizo slices, in half
- Salt and pepper
- A pinch of turmeric
- 5 tablespoons tomato sauce or fried tomato
- In a saucepan we put the cauliflower to cook for 4 or 5 minutes.
- At the same time, we cook the macaroni, also in plenty of salted water, for 8-10 minutes.
- While cauliflower and macaroni are cooking, we prepare the vegetable stir-fry. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and Sauté onion and pepper for 10 minutes until soft.
- Time passed, we incorporate the cauliflower well drained, the chorizo, a pinch of turmeric and a pinch of pepper and cook for a couple more minutes.
