Tricolor Pasta Salad

Today I bring you another recipe with very healthy pasta, essential to lose those extra kilos that we always yearn to lose to look with a body ten Christmas night and New Year's Eve. As you all know, pasta is a very low-fat product and suitable for weight loss diets.

This Multicolor salad, has this name for its multitude of colors that contain its ingredients. By having all that variety, we provide many more enriching nutrients for good health.

Ingredients

  • 300 g of colored curly macaroons.
  • 200 g of York ham.
  • 2 cans of tuna.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 100 g of corn.
  • Salt
  • Light mayonnaise or olive oil.
  • Water for cooking.

Preparation

The first thing we have to do is Cook pasta. To do this, we will put a pot over a high heat filled with water. When it starts to boil, we will add salt and the macaroni. We will let it cook for 10-12 min, but as I always tell you, always read the packaging.

On the other hand, in a saucepan, we will also put boil the eggs in water. These will cook in a time of about 12 minutes from boiling. When those minutes have passed, we will cool them with cold water and let them rest for a few more minutes so that they cool completely. Once cold, we will peel it and cut it into large squares.

We have to take into account the size of the egg (M, L, XL ..) since depending on how we want the result we will use one cooking or another. I advise you to take them out one hour before preparing this dish, since their temperature also influences them.

At the same time that all of the above is being done, we will cut the york ham in mid squares. And we will open the cans of tuna and corn.

Now we will gather all the ingredients (macaroni, eggs, ham, tuna and corn) in a large container, so that there is no difficulty when moving all the ingredients. We add a little olive oil or if you want a little more flavor a light low-fat mayonnaise so as not to sin too much.

This multi-colored salad has many variants, so we will add or remove ingredients according to our taste. You can also add sea sticks, piquillo pepper, garlic powder, etc. I hope you like it and enjoy it.
