Keep in mind, however, that depending on the type of vegetable, it will take more or less time to cook and you will have to play with the size of the pieces or cook some beforehand so that they are done, more or less, at the same time.

Ingredients
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
  1. We mix a couple of tablespoons of oil in a bowl with a pinch of salt, pepper, paprika and oregano.
  2. Then we clean and cut the vegetables starting with the peeled carrots in thick slices and the cauliflower in florets.
  3. Both the carrot and the cauliflower will need a few minutes of pre-cooking Baked to cook at the same time as the rest of the vegetables. Therefore, we cook them in a pot for 4 minutes.
  4. While they cook, we cut the onion first in quarters and then each of these in 4 pieces and the peppers in thick strips.
  5. We place all the vegetables on the oven tray, including those that we have cooked well drained.

  7. We take to oven preheating to 180ºC for 20 minutes and check the condition of the vegetables. Depending on how they are and our personal taste, we give them 5 or 10 more minutes.
