Tortillas stuffed with rice and serrano

La gaucho sauce It is a typical sauce from Argentina and is used more for meat and barbecues, although today I wanted to add a touch to these tortillas with this tasty sauce.

- Olive oil.
Preparation
First, we will perform the pancakes. To do this, beat 2 eggs, add a little salt and add it to a hot pan with a little olive oil. We spread the egg in the pan to make it flat enough.
Later, when we have all done and a little warm, we will place it on a flat surface and we will filling with the ingredients. First, the gaucho sauce, then the rice, on top a slice of Serrano ham and, finally, a slice of cheese.
Finally, we take one of the ends and go rolling up and pressing all the tortillita, until obtaining a uniform roll. To finish, we will heat it in a sandwich maker until we see that the cheese has melted a little.
