Ingredients:
5 eggs
2 1/2 cups leftover noodles
6 tablespoons of grated cheese
oil, quantity required
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
First you must finely chop the noodles and then in a bowl beat the eggs, season with salt and ground pepper and add the grated cheese. Add the noodles and mix well.
Place a frying pan with a drizzle of oil on the fire and when it is very hot pour the previous mixture and cook very well on that side. Finally, you turn it on the other side with the help of a plate and cook it until it turns golden. Remove from heat and cut into portions.
