Onion and green pepper omelette, a quick and easy dish to prepare. Omelets are ideal for a dinner and especially when we arrive late and tired, there is nothing better than a light and uncomplicated dinner.
The tortilla is good for everything, so it is also a way to take advantage of what is left in the fridge. On this occasion an onion and a green pepper and with some eggs, a dinner for two is prepared immediately.
The onion and pepper omelette, besides being a light dinner, is a good way to eat vegetablesYou can still add more vegetables to this omelette, the ones you like and if you like a few pieces of ham to make it much more complete. You just have to try it !!!
- 4 eggs
- 1 cebolla
- 1-2 green peppers
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- Sal Island
- Olive oil
- Pepper (optional)
- Chop the onion very minced.
- We wash the peppers and chop.
- We put a frying pan with a good jet of olive oil and we will fry the onion and green peppers.
- In a bowl we put the eggs and beat them well, add the tablespoons of milk.
- When the onion and peppers are well poached, we mix it with the eggs and mix everything well again. We put a little salt and pepper (optional)
- We prepare a pan to make the omelette, better adherent, we put a little oil and put it over medium heat, when it is hot we pour the mixture into the pan and let it curdle for a laso and when it is we turn it over.
- We finished letting it cook and ready to eat.
